Meet Rebecca
TEDx Speaker, Emergenetics Master Trainer, Expert Facilitator, Corporate Trainer, and Coach
With more than 25 years of corporate leadership and organizational experience, Rebecca's areas of expertise across the Talent Management spectrum include designing and developing Corporate Leadership Development programs, Organizational Effectiveness (OE) interventions, organizational design, strategic leadership, coaching, and change management. The skill that brings her the greatest joy is being a highly sought-after Master Facilitator with savvy skills to connect with her audience and bring a calm yet energetic spirit to the content. She has been fortunate to host a Fireside Chat with both Frances X. Frei, Harvard Business School Professor and author of "Unleashed. The Unapologetic Leader's Guide to Empowering Everyone Around You," and James Rhee, founder of Red Helicopter, who is an acclaimed impact leader, entrepreneur, investor, and goodwill strategist and is a Senior Lecturer at MIT.
With her May 2025 TEDx Talk titled “The Two Sides of No” at TEDxNokesville Women, Rebecca officially joined the global community of TEDx Speakers.
Rebecca holds a rare title of distinction as an Emergenetics Master Associate and became one of only ~33 people across the globe to hold this title. She's also certified in 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, The Advantage, Crucial Influence, Crucial Accountability and holds a certificate in Organizational Design and Alignment. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified Emergenetics Youth Facilitator, and a Narrative 4 Facilitator. She is the 2024 recipient of the Leadership Prince William Chair Award.
Rebecca's degree is in Secondary Education/Geography with a minor in Spanish from Slippery Rock University, and she is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
Rebecca and her family live in Virginia, enjoy outdoor activities, and relish the opportunity to travel the world; appropriately enough, her favorite word is ‘wanderlust’. In April 2023, she embarked on a solo adventure to Mt. Everest Base Camp and then June 2025 trekked the Inca Trail, both leaving an indelible, positive mark on her life.
She self-published a children's book titled “Why Not Broccoli,” a true testament that coaching works!
